Position Overview:

The chosen candidate will join the ENS Cloud Network Engineering team, tasked with assessing, designing, and documenting networking solutions for public, private, and hybrid cloud infrastructures. The individual will work collaboratively with various infrastructure teams to implement these solutions. Additionally, the role will provide essential technical guidance, design specifications, and solution-level support to the operations team concerning cloud connectivity, integration, and application migration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead network engineer during the cloud application migration process, developing both target and transition state designs for cloud adoption and migration while ensuring network availability and security throughout the process.
- Construct CI/CD pipelines for Infrastructure as Code and Network as Code using Ansible, Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and Azure Resource Manager templates.
- Collaborate with other technical teams to deliver product and solution-level support.
- Produce Network Design Documents based on requirements and industry best practices.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills while engaging with diverse audiences, including skilled IT professionals and senior management.

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Networking and Data Center design.
- 4+ years of experience with Cloud PaaS and/or IaaS (Google, Azure, AWS).
- Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools: Ansible, Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Azure RM templates.
- Comprehensive understanding of client/server architecture, networking, and Internet technologies.
- Knowledge of Networking technologies including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPBGP, MPLS VPNs, VxLAN, and Multicast.
- Familiarity with DMVPN, IPSEC, Encryption Standards, and Network Security.

Essential Skills:
- Knowledge of Cloud Networking and Security best practices across Public (Google, AWS, Azure) and Private (Kubernetes) Cloud Technologies is highly desirable.
- Understanding of AWS and Azure architectural principles and key networking services, including:
- Google Global VPC Design, Cloud Router, NCC, Interconnect.
- AWS Global infrastructure, VPC, S3, EC2, Route 53, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect.
- MS Azure VNet, VNet-Peering, Private Link, vWAN, Express Route, Firewall, Load Balancer.

- Experience with Kubernetes/Openshift; familiarity with Calico CNI is an advantage.
- Proficient in network automation practices using DevOps and CI/CD methodologies: Python or Shell Scripting, YAML, etc.
- Experience with IP Routing Platforms such as ISRG2, ASR1K, CSR1k, ASR 9k.
- Familiarity with Switching Platforms including Arista 7K and Cisco Nexus 9000.
- CCNP / CCIE certification is mandatory.

Preferred Skills:
- Google Associate Cloud Engineer certification.
- Google Professional Cloud Architect certification.
- AWS Solution Architect certification.
- Azure Solution Architect certification.
