Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at Iconic Security Services. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule work for security personnel, arrange for maintenance and repair work, and coordinate activities to ensure seamless operations.
  • Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing guidance and support to security personnel.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit progress reports, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Development: Train security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring that security personnel are aware of their responsibilities and expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with extended periods of standing.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of physical fitness.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent communication skills, flexibility, initiative, and a strong work ethic.
Work Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
