Position Overview: We are in search of a diligent Quality Assurance Specialist to become a vital part of our team, ensuring that we uphold the highest quality standards throughout our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee a quality monitoring and enhancement program for new CTG initiatives while providing support for existing programs as necessary.
  • Engage directly in quality assessment activities.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to embed quality standards into all program elements, address quality challenges, and refine processes.
  • Generate detailed reports that evaluate the performance of selected programs, ensuring compliance with all quality reporting requirements.
  • Regularly evaluate and review the effectiveness of quality initiatives.
  • Analyze data to uncover trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Formulate and execute quality improvement action plans with leadership to rectify any shortcomings and guarantee adherence to quality standards by providers.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in quality monitoring and enhancement within the healthcare sector or a comparable role in another industry.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a steadfast commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Suite, Visio, Adobe Acrobat Pro, SharePoint, Excel, and electronic survey tools.
