Job Description:

beBee Professionals is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance in our operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control systems, monitoring production processes, and ensuring that all products and services meet the required standards of quality and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Conduct audits and analyze data to ensure quality and compliance standards are met
  • Provide feedback to management on quality and compliance issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance standards are integrated into all aspects of the business


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role
  • Knowledge of quality control systems and processes
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
