Job Summary

GardaWorld is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining the highest level of quality in our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with SOPs and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address any non-compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on SOPs and quality procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration or Quality Assurance.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance or auditing role.
  • Strong knowledge of SOPs and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions
  • Travel may be required on occasion.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to lift, stand, and sit for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
