Job Title: Bar Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at Squires Gastro Pub. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall operation of our bar, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the smooth running of our beverage service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and train a team of bartenders and servers to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality beverage preparation.
  • Beverage Service: Manage the bar's beverage inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies, and maintain a clean and organized bar area.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, including responding to complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Financial Management: Manage the bar's finances, including tracking sales, managing cash handling, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control the bar's inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized storage area.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in a bar or restaurant management role is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
Work Environment:

The Bar Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to stand for extended periods. The successful candidate will be able to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
