About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Golden Framing Inc. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Reporting: Prepare periodic and special reports, including data analysis and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
