About the Role

Maverick HP Logistics Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Task Management: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Computer and Technology: Possess strong computer skills, including MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong ability to work in a team environment.
