- Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records, ensuring compliance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Office Services: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Procedure Development: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
- Availability: Be available for shift or on-call work as required.
- Work Authorization: Be currently legally able to work in Canada.
