About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at INNER SPACE DEVELOPMENTS LTD. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of our office, including maintaining records, coordinating travel arrangements, and ordering supplies.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Human Resources: Provide support with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Google Drive, and other productivity software.
