Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Foster relationships with existing customers while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Needs Assessment: Evaluate client requirements to recommend suitable products and services.
  • Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare detailed reports and proposals that illustrate the advantages of our solutions.
  • Contract Management: Draft and manage sales agreements to ensure clarity and compliance.
  • Sales Forecasting: Utilize forecasting tools to predict sales trends and outcomes.
  • Online Transactions: Conduct sales activities through electronic commerce platforms.
  • Product Design Input: Collaborate with product teams to customize offerings based on client feedback.
  • Post-Sale Support: Provide ongoing assistance to clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
  • Training: Educate client personnel on the operation and maintenance of our products.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues related to products or services.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee the activities of other technical sales professionals.
  • Cost Estimation: Calculate installation and maintenance costs for services and equipment.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and less than 2 years in a related field.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: Expected to work between 32 to 40 hours per week.
