Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our customers, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent customer service skills. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to customers via various channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Document customer interactions and provide feedback to management
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and make recommendations for improvement
- Assist with customer onboarding and training
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer service and technical support
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of customer service best practices
