About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-time Sales and Customer Service Representative at Goldfish Swim School.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete the sales process using leads generated through marketing activities, including events, advertising, and referrals.
  • Present the services available from Goldfish Swim School to potential customers, addressing their needs and expectations with effective communication skills.
  • Manage day-to-day inquiries from existing members, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist members with purchases of merchandise and vending products, resolving any concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Prepare daily reports and schedules to support lesson execution and management activities.
  • Participate in training and in-services as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of experience in direct sales or a related retail sales role.
  • Self-motivated and conscientious, with excellent presentation, organization, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Positive and clear phone manner, motivated to achieve sales results, and intermediate-level computer skills using Word, Excel, and other software systems.
