Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Technical Help Desk Specialist to join our team at Nexus Systems Group Inc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer software and hardware.
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues resolved.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
Requirements:
- Fluent English and French language skills.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in browser troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of computer software and operating systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous help desk or contact center experience.
- Technical help desk experience.
Soft Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Empathy and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Education:
College or university degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
