Bilingual Technical Help Desk Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Technical Help Desk Specialist to join our team at Nexus Systems Group Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer software and hardware.
  3. Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues resolved.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English and French language skills.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in browser troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of computer software and operating systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous help desk or contact center experience.
  • Technical help desk experience.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Empathy and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Education:

College or university degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
