Account Director

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading integrated marketing mandates and delivering strategic solutions to our clients. Your mission will be to support clients and the team in the deployment of mandates to deliver the best marketing campaigns.
You will be the main conductor of integrated marketing mandates, working closely with the Director of Brands and Consulting Services to ensure project profitability and customer satisfaction. Your role will involve:
- Leading account growth and ensuring marketing objectives are met for integrated campaigns
- Planning, organizing, and supervising the strategic execution of mandates
- Managing budgets and ensuring project profitability
- Guiding and supervising team members on each mandate
- Participating in the development of the brand and consulting services department
You will be part of an international, talented, and highly motivated team led by entrepreneurs with integrity. You will have the opportunity to work on mandates in various industries with well-known clients and enjoy a hybrid work mode if you live in Montreal. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a business vision, be able to act quickly, and have excellent communication skills in both French and English. You will also need to have a Master's degree in business administration, marketing-communications, or a similar degree, and a minimum of 6 years of experience in digital management and advertising.
