About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Learning Bird Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential partners and customers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including governing bodies and funding agencies
  • Understand partner needs and propose customized solutions
  • Manage a territory, forecasting and reporting on results
  • Represent Learning Bird at events, conferences, and meetings
Requirements
  • 35 years of success in B2B sales
  • University degree, preferably in education
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • A natural ability to forge relationships by phone, email, and video calls
  • Strong research, opportunity qualification, and problem-solving skills
  • Expert CRM software user committed to logging communications daily
  • Availability to travel for events, trade shows, and meetings
  • Broadband Internet connection with reliable connectivity
  • Remote work location within your sales territory
  • Strong computer skills, able to troubleshoot their own issues
