Quality Assurance Specialist

Position Overview
Your Responsibilities
- Assist in the upkeep of Integrated Management Systems at global, regional, and site levels.
- Provide training on essential system requirements, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
- Conduct training sessions for management systems and facilitate internal ISO auditor training.
- Support the execution of global and regional quality processes.
- Oversee the corporate internal audit schedule and monitor site audit timelines and documentation, offering guidance and support as necessary.
- Utilize management tools, graphs, and reports to analyze and convey results effectively.
- Improve document retention practices; manage ISO/systems documentation, oversee certification processes, and mentor the organization on system maintenance.
- Lead quality initiatives, gather and present data, and apply problem-solving methodologies to enhance processes at all levels.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Your Skills and Experience
- A college degree in a relevant technical field is preferred.
- Experience in quality assurance roles within automotive or logistics sectors is advantageous.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other standards relevant to the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of customer systems such as Chrysler, Ford, GM, BMW, Audi, and VW is beneficial.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
