About the Role:

The NARMCO Group, a leading manufacturer of Metal Stampings & Welded Assemblies for the automotive sector, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the automotive industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Engineering, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive industry, including metal stampings and modular welded assemblies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Spanish, German, or Japanese, or other languages relevant to the automotive industry.
