Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Associate to join our team at TD Wealth. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional sales and service support to our Financial Planners, ensuring seamless client experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client and Financial Planner inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions while adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Conduct transactions and activities that require expert knowledge, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist in the timely completion of new account openings, account transfers, and other administrative tasks, providing excellent client service.
  • Provide sales support to Financial Planners, identifying opportunities for growth and revenue enhancement.
  • Analyze data to identify complex problems, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and Financial Planners, fostering a positive and service-oriented work environment.
Requirements
  • Advanced level of communication in French and English.
  • University/college diploma and/or minimum 2 years of industry experience.
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) certification.
  • Completion of Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) course within 6 months of hire date.
  • Advanced knowledge of business, operations, and regulatory environments.
  • Specialized expertise in performing complex tasks involving multiple steps, systems, and jurisdictions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively and independently.
