Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client and Financial Planner inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions while adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Conduct transactions and activities that require advanced knowledge of products, processes, and systems, with a focus on moderate to high-risk tasks.
  • Assist in the timely completion of new account openings, account transfers, and other administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide sales support to Financial Planners by identifying net asset growth opportunities and contacting prospective clients.
  • Analyze data to identify and resolve complex problems, escalating as necessary.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, fostering a positive and service-oriented work environment.
Requirements
  • Advanced proficiency in French and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • University or college diploma and/or minimum 2 years of industry experience.
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) certification.
  • Completion of Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) course within 6 months of hire date.
  • Advanced knowledge of business, operations, and regulatory environments.
  • Specialized expertise in performing complex tasks involving multiple steps, systems, and jurisdictions.
