Job Summary

Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled Associate to join our advisory team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client service and administrative support to our clients and advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional servicing of client inquiries and requests via telephone and email
  • Support Investment Advisors in general administrative duties, including client account management and data entry
  • Assist in preparing client reviews and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Request and verify client information and documentation to maintain accurate client files
  • Coordinate meetings and events for Investment Advisors, including printing and distributing reports
  • Monitor and ensure timely completion of pending transfers and transactions
Requirements
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is required, as you will interact with clients and colleagues across Canada
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) are mandatory
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the securities industry is required
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is essential
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills are necessary
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service are essential
