About Us:

Colas Canada, a leading provider of construction and maintenance services for transportation infrastructure, is seeking a highly skilled Area Manager to oversee the operations of our subsidiary, Miller Paving Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Area Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the financial performance of our subsidiary, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to acquire and retain customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Supervising and leading a team of employees, including hiring, training, and development.
  • Ensuring operational efficiency, health and safety compliance, and productional efficiency across our plants.
  • Leading the sales and marketing efforts for our concrete products, including bid management, pricing, and client relationship management.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a similar industry.
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency and excellent communication skills.
  • Technical knowledge of concrete production and construction methods.
