About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team at Stratford Pizza Corner Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Operational Management: Manage kitchen operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting, to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
