Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the financial performance of assigned plants, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain customers, including sales and marketing initiatives.

  • Ensure operational efficiency, health and safety compliance, and environmental sustainability.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in the construction or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Construction and/or manufacturing experience, with a focus on concrete production.
