Key Responsibilities:
As the Area Manager for Lavis Concrete, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance, customer acquisition and retention, employee supervision, operational efficiency, and health and safety compliance for three plants located in Stratford, Benmiller, and St. Mary's.
Core Responsibilities:
• Manage the financial performance of the assigned plants, including monitoring costs, pricing, and client relationship management.
• Oversee all employees, including hiring, training, and development, to ensure their needs are met and resources are available to support them.
• Lead the operations of the assigned plant(s), including health and safety compliance, production efficiency, and operational profitability.

• Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
