Key Responsibilities:

This role encompasses a variety of tasks, including:

  • Regular attendance and adherence to agency leave policies.
  • Providing indirect clerical support to the Director of Rehabilitation and other supervisors, which may involve basic typing, filing, and message delivery.
  • Prioritizing tasks from the Director of Rehabilitation to meet critical deadlines.
  • Acting as the receptionist for the Rehabilitation office, ensuring timely message delivery and general office support.
  • Maintaining accurate rosters for all treatment tracks and updating them weekly to reflect current schedules.
  • Compiling statistical reports for all rehabilitation classes and activities.
  • Entering work orders for the Central Rehabilitation Program and scheduling necessary drills.
  • Coordinating the requisition of supplies and equipment, maintaining stock levels to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Managing the Rehabilitation Purchasing Budget Report to justify departmental spending.
  • Conducting annual property inventory and updating records as necessary.
  • Providing backup support to other clerical staff and cross-training colleagues on essential tasks.

Additionally, this position requires active participation in agency obligations related to disaster response and continuity of operations.

  • Familiarity with business terminology and records administration.
  • Proficiency in using computers and office equipment.
