Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share
  • Guide sales teams on pricing strategies and industry trends

  • Achieve and surpass sales and net margin budgets within assigned accounts

  • Grow overall sales and net margin profitability of all accounts within the sector
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for sales growth and understand market trends to guide the development of services/products

Requirements

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in sales or business, or equivalent working experience in a B2B sales environment
  • CSP designation or CPSA graduate preferred
  • 5+ years of sales management/leadership experience, with a preference for experience in the promotional merchandise industry
