**Now that you know about us, we want to know more about you We are looking for someone who will**:
- Enhance and develop the Miele Brand within the marketplace
- Full accountability of Ontario Region including maintaining and fostering relationships with all agents and business partners
- Responsible for driving training and compliance with external business partners
- Working closely with the marketing department, ensures that all marketing materials and promotions are communicated to agents and RSP’s.
- Execution and control of the Miele MCA agreement(s),
- Regular status meetings, preparation, and communication of budgets for all agents within region
- Ensuring the region operates within the yearly operating budget.
- Managing a team of approximately 2-3 territory managers
- Assess and develop process improvements for internal and external processes
- Participation in trade shows as well as international travel as required.

- Have a post secondary education
- Possess a Growth Mindset
- Hold personal accountability as a high standard
- Possess a high level of integrity and transparent communication skills
- At least 6 years of account management experience
- Retail sales experience and/or management with a high-end brand
- Excellent computer skills with both Excel and PowerPoint and SAP
- Excellent verbal presentation and communication skills
- Ability travel both within Canada and internationally
- Flexible as evenings and weekends will be required to attend events, tradeshows etc.
