Bombardier, a leading manufacturer of business aircraft, is seeking a highly skilled Market Analytics and Insights Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing market analysis and forecasting models to support business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 10 people to develop and maintain market analysis and forecasting models.
  • Develop a 10-year industry forecast for new aircraft, Certified Pre-Owned aircraft, Defense, and Aftermarket, and accurately determine market share for each category.
  • Share competitive and customer insights and market intelligence across the organization.
  • Carry out market analysis to support various teams and departments within Bombardier.
  • Analyze business jet market trends across business cycles.
  • Generate sales leads for the Aftermarket and the Certified Pre-Owned teams.
  • Maintain key databases, reports, and dashboards for the business.
  • Represent Bombardier at key industry events.
  • Lead marketing research projects and support business cases for the launch of new aircraft, products, and services.
  • Provide pricing recommendations to the leadership team.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators of the industry.
  • Present key market findings and analyses to the Senior Leadership Team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of relevant working experience.
  • More than 5 years of experience in people management.
  • Rigorous, persistent, innovative, detail-oriented, and like working with people.
  • Solid statistical analysis and economic modeling skills and capable of building forecasting models.
  • Skilled in presenting and communicating information.
  • Expert in using the MS Office suite (including Access and Excel).
  • Well-aware of macroeconomics and geopolitical context.
  • Possess knowledge of statistical software (SAS, SPSS, STATA, R, etc.).
  • Possess knowledge of BI software (PowerBI, Alteryx, etc).
  • Aviation industry experience and product knowledge.
  • Bilingual (French and English).
  • Based or willing to relocate to Montreal, Canada.
