We are seeking a highly skilled HSEQ Manager to join our team at Webber Infrastructure Management Canada Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental quality in our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety procedures and protocols.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental procedures and protocols.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of health, safety, and environmental data and metrics.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize risks to employees, the environment, and the company.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, safety management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a health, safety, and environmental management role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective health, safety, and environmental management systems.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
