Job Title: Office Administrator

We are the Bo Truckers Ltd. and we are seeking a highly organized and reliable Office Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and carrying out administrative activities of the establishment.
  • Policy Administration: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Office Services: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Training and Development: Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations and oversee payroll administration.
Personal Suitability:
  • Organizational Skills: The successful candidate will be highly organized and able to multitask.
  • Reliability: They will be reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Team Player: They will be a team player and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
