Job Overview

Spiffy Clean Inc is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations across various settings. This role is essential in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in both residential and commercial environments.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop cleaning staff to ensure efficient operations
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning personnel
  • Conduct inspections of sites to uphold safety and cleanliness standards
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning projects
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties as needed
  • Coordinate cleaning activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Establish and manage work schedules for cleaning teams
Supervision

Responsible for supervising a team of 1 to 2 cleaning staff.

Safety and Security Requirements
  • Must be bondable
  • Driver's validity license check required
  • Driving record check (abstract) is mandatory
Physical Demands
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Capacity to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Engagement in repetitive tasks and physically demanding activities
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform bending, crouching, and kneeling
