Position Overview

As a Cleaning Supervisor at Spiffy Clean Inc, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our cleaning operations meet the highest standards of safety and cleanliness across various settings.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role is necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of cleaning personnel.
  • Conduct inspections of sites or facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for cleaning staff.
Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 1 to 2 cleaning personnel.

Security and Safety Requirements
  • Must be bondable.
  • Driver's validity license check is required.
  • Driving record check (abstract) is necessary.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Engage in repetitive tasks and physically demanding activities.
  • Manual dexterity is essential.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking is required.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform bending, crouching, and kneeling tasks.
  • Capable of handling heavy loads.
