Department Manager

At RONA+, we're looking for a skilled Department Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our department, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of department staff to meet sales and customer service goals
  • Manage inventory, merchandise, and visual displays to maximize sales and customer engagement
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer loyalty
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
  • Coach and develop department staff to improve their skills and performance
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in retail management or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
