Your Role:
As a Client Relations Manager, you will be instrumental in nurturing existing client partnerships and expanding our customer base. Your responsibilities will include overseeing product performance, providing innovative solutions, and optimizing sales efficiency. A thorough understanding of EQ3's offerings and merchandising tactics will be essential for success.
Your role will involve regular visits to client showrooms and participation in industry events, constituting a significant portion of your responsibilities. The objective is to enhance EQ3's market presence and achieve substantial growth in client engagement.
In addition to client-facing duties, this position entails a considerable administrative aspect. While working from the head office, you will focus on delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining communication with clients, staying informed about new product launches, and analyzing sales data to make strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management:
- Analyze monthly sales data and prioritize client recommendations.
- Showcase EQ3 products and merchandising strategies to targeted clients.
- Maintain accurate records of key customer information.
- Monitor competitor activities and product offerings. - Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of EQ3 products, including materials and manufacturing processes.
- Relay customer insights to the Product Development team for market awareness. - Training and Development:
- Collaborate with Product Development and Merchandising teams to stay updated on product changes. - Marketing Support:
- Assist clients with branding initiatives and creative needs.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards in marketing materials. - Communication:
- Foster strong internal and external communication channels.
- Provide regular updates to sales management.
- Work collaboratively with other sales representatives for optimal client recommendations. - Technology Utilization:
- Leverage essential business tools including Microsoft Office and data analysis software.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive sales experience.
- Familiarity with the furniture industry is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory; a valid driver's license is required.
- Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Strong track record in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Fluency in both French and English is essential.
