Workday HR System Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workday HR System Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in the design, development, and support of our HR systems, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of Workday modules, including core HR, benefits, payroll, talent management, and recruiting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and develop solutions that optimize HR operations.
  • Configure and test system settings, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations.
  • Provide ongoing support to end users, resolving issues and answering questions related to Workday functionality.
  • Develop and deliver training materials to enhance user proficiency and adoption of the system.
  • Stay abreast of Workday updates and best practices, recommending and implementing enhancements to improve system performance and efficiency.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Workday HR System Analyst.
  • Deep understanding of Workday functionality across multiple modules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in project management methodologies.
