Job Summary

Meridia Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Workday Analyst to join our team. As a Workday Analyst, you will play a critical role in the design and development of our HR System - Workday. Your primary responsibility will be to support the implementation and maintenance of Workday modules, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Process Improvement: Develop and implement moderate to complex HR process improvements, system configuration, and testing within all modules of the HR System.
  • System Administration: Assist in managing administration of security access, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive information.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide reporting as required, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Project Management: Assist with prioritization and project management, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Coordinate and communicate system changes or events, such as annual system maintenance and weekly service updates, to stakeholders.
  • HR System Governance: Support and follow HR System Governance processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Stakeholder Management: Lead meetings with stakeholders to gather information and understand issues, providing recommendations and solutions.
  • Mentorship and Training: Mentor other System Analysts and junior team members, developing and providing training to end users.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Manage and execute testing activities across the Workday team, including bi-annual upgrade testing.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Workday experience
  • Proven troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to own multiple tasks, projects, and initiatives at a given time
  • Ability to execute on priorities based on input from senior System Analysts and management
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to maintain professionalism in all forms of communication
