Commercial Banking Director and Group Lead

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to manage a mid-market team in our Commercial Banking division. As Director and Group Lead, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Senior Client Relationship Managers, Client Relationship Managers, and Associate Group Leads to achieve financial objectives and deepen client relationships.
- Develop and execute tactical plans to drive business growth, including understanding client and business trends, and leveraging internal partners to provide holistic solutions.
- Oversee activities that involve varying degrees of complexity, including sales management, relationship building, and leadership.
- Collaborate with the Vice President and Head, Commercial Banking to drive business success and achieve strategic objectives.
- Expert sales management, relationship building, and leadership skills.
- Strong commercial banking experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Tactical planning skills and implementation/management skills.
- Experience in a role that exercises a high degree of independent judgment and discretion.
