Job Summary

Lincor Enterprises Ltd is seeking a skilled Painter Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
  • Repair cracks and holes in walls and surfaces, using appropriate materials and techniques.
  • Mix paint to the desired color and texture, taking into account the specific requirements of each project.
  • Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls, ensuring a precise and professional finish.
  • Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging, to ensure safe and efficient access to high areas.
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces, meeting the highest standards of quality and safety.
Work Environment

As a Painter Specialist, you will work in a variety of locations, including construction sites, offices, and other commercial settings. You will be required to work at heights and in outdoor environments, and must be comfortable with physical demands such as bending, crouching, and kneeling.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the field.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and attention to detail.
  • Hand-eye coordination and physical stamina.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other personal protective equipment.
