About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our PCX team at Loblaw Digital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and executing the product vision and strategy for our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Roadmap Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with our business strategy and goals.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences to inform product decisions and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Agile Methodologies: Apply agile principles and methodologies to drive product development and delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including product directors, peers, and customers.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analytics tools to inform product decisions and measure success.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4+ years of digital product management experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, math, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to work independently, high attention to detail, and proficiency in data analytics tools.
