As a Senior Product Manager on the PC Express team, you will have a unique opportunity to enhance the shopping experience for millions of customers nationwide. You will collaborate closely with a Product Director, peers, and stakeholders to realize the product vision and strategy for customer experience, contribute to the product roadmap, and work alongside design and engineering teams to implement that roadmap effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement enhancements and updates to the PC Express experience that align with our customers' needs.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a product roadmap that reflects a comprehensive understanding of our customers, vendors, technology, and internal strategies.
  • Establish goals and KPIs to evaluate the success of the roadmap and report on metrics that contribute to overall objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, technology, design, marketing, research, and customer service, to ensure the development of efficient and scalable features.
  • Manage the backlog, including prioritization, grooming, and writing user stories to keep the development team focused and productive.
  • Formulate sound hypotheses for new product developments and ensure investments are made wisely to benefit customers and support business growth.
  • Utilize both quantitative and qualitative data to inform critical product decisions.
  • Engage in gathering user feedback and translate insights into actionable product features.

  • You adopt an agile approach to product management while being practical in its application.
  • You possess strong communication skills, capable of conveying technical requirements to non-technical audiences and vice versa.
  • You demonstrate strong quantitative reasoning, are data-driven, and can apply key metrics for informed decision-making.
  • You take ownership and lead initiatives from conception to launch, including identifying problems, prioritizing tasks, gathering data, and driving results within an Agile framework.
  • You excel at building relationships and are enthusiastic about being part of a cross-functional team dedicated to solving complex challenges and creating impactful products for millions of Canadians.
  • You are comfortable presenting ideas and communicating with the leadership team.
Qualifications:
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies, with over 4 years of experience in digital product management.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and navigate through ambiguity.
  • High attention to detail and excellent project management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Looker, Adobe Analytics, or Google Analytics.
  • Experience with GenAI tools like ChatGPT.
