About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our Mental Health & Addictions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the operation of community-based mental health & addiction services programs, ensuring the provision of comprehensive services to clients and their families with mental health disorders across the lifespan.

The Team Lead will provide clinical supervision and support to a multi-disciplinary team, including ongoing and extensive clinical supervision to new clinicians and clinicians with little experience within this specialty. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or Occupational Therapy, and be licensed with an applicable body. Three years' experience with Mental Health & Addictions intervention is required, as well as evidence-based therapeutic intervention skills and the ability to identify areas for service improvement and facilitate quality initiatives.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for drafting Standard Operating Procedures, orientation materials, and other guidelines for care, as well as providing clinical leadership and supervision to the multi-disciplinary team. Competencies in other languages are an asset, with French preferred.

About You
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or Occupational Therapy
  • Licensed with applicable body
  • Three years' experience with Mental Health & Addictions intervention
  • Evidence-based therapeutic intervention skills
  • Ability to identify areas for service improvement and facilitate quality initiatives
  • Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred
Hours
  • Long assignment full-time position; 75 hours biweekly
  • Approximately 12 months, dates are approximate and subject to change
  • Travel to various sites may be required
Compensation and Incentives

$44.36 - $51.72 hourly
