- Regional Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
- Organizational Objectives: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
- Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
- Team Size: Supervise a team of more than 20 people.
- Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills.
- Analysis: Analytical skills to make informed decisions.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills.
