Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Centre Reparatech. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Outlook and Windows.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, part-time position with 15-30 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will be bilingual and able to work in a team environment.
