Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner;
  • Provide product information and demonstrations to customers;
  • Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies;
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions;
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service;
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a positive and efficient customer experience.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales (1-3 years);
  • Diploma of secondary education or equivalent;
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and verbal.
