About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Installation Expert to join our team at Tran Brothers Flooring. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive high-quality flooring installations that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and measure surfaces to be covered, preparing detailed plans and schedules for installation.
  • Measure, cut, and install various types of flooring, including carpeting, resilient floor coverings, and hardwood floors.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and repairs of damaged floor coverings, ensuring a seamless installation process.
  • Perform moisture, pH, temperature, and other tests prior to flooring installations to ensure a successful outcome.
  • Prepare floors for installation, removing existing coverings and contaminants as needed.
  • Install vinyl decking materials and perform direct glue-down carpet installations.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in flooring installation.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
