Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at GT Operations Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information to clients and colleagues.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and messages.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and relay messages to colleagues and clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment and will be required to work independently with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail.
