- Scheduling: Manage patient appointments, schedule procedures, and coordinate with healthcare professionals.
- Administrative Tasks: Process patient paperwork, maintain accurate records, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and communicate with patients and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, order supplies, and perform other tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our front desk.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
