About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at TD. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic and consultative support to our business leaders, driving business value and growth through effective HR practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR support to business leaders, driving business value and growth through effective HR practices.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and practices that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR partners and functions to drive an integrated and collaborative approach to create and deliver people solutions.
  • Support business strategy and planning activities, providing HR insight into strategy and objective setting, FTE management, and business planning.
  • Drive the talent agenda by developing and executing talent management and diversity strategies.
  • Guide and coach business leaders through various HR practices, including organizational design and development, talent acquisition, leadership and capability development, compensation, and more.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in HR or a related field.
