Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at TD. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic and consultative support to our business leaders to drive growth and value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess business needs and develop and implement HR strategies and practices to drive business priorities and growth.
  • Provide consultative HR support to business leaders to drive business value and growth.
  • Leverage relationships across various HR partners and functions to drive an integrated and collaborative approach to create and deliver people solutions.
  • Support business strategy and planning activities, providing HR insight into strategy and objective setting, FTE management, and business planning.
  • Drive the talent agenda by developing and executing talent management and diversity strategies.
  • Guide and coach business leaders through various HR practices, including organizational design and development, talent acquisition, leadership and capability development, compensation, and change management.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree.
  • Strong business and functional acumen, with the ability to provide effective thought and change management leadership for sustainable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and HR partners.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage work aligned to business need, proactively identifying opportunities in the business.
  • Knowledge of internal and industry regulations and operating practices for the organization and businesses supported.
